The Free plan is free — 2 lifetime forms, no credit card, no trial timer, nothing to refund. If you're not sure AG AI Forms is right for you, use the Free plan first.
Pro and Business plans — 14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Pro or Business and decide within 14 days of your first payment that AG AI Forms isn't for you, email us at support@agaiforms.com and we'll issue a full refund back to the original card. No forms, no questions, no arguments.
The 14-day window applies to your first subscription of each plan. Renewal payments (month 2, month 3, etc.) are not automatically refundable, but see below.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans have the same 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel during the 14-day window we refund the full annual amount. After the 14-day window annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access to the plan through the end of the paid period and can cancel renewal any time from your account page.
Unexpected charges
If you see an AG AI Forms charge you didn't expect — for example a renewal you thought you'd cancelled, or a duplicate charge — reply to your Stripe receipt or email us and we will investigate and refund it, usually within 2 business days.
Failed AI processing
If our AI can't process a form you uploaded (for example a scan that's too blurry to read), that upload does not count against your plan's form limit. If it did count, email us the form ID and we'll credit it back manually.
Cancelling
You can cancel any subscription any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
