Welcome to AG Ai Forms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AG Ai Forms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AG Ai Forms is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to help users understand and complete paperwork. You upload a form (PDF or image), and the AI identifies fields, explains them in plain language, and helps fill them out using information you provide.
2. Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Subscription Plans
- Free plan: 2 form uploads total (lifetime, one-time).
- Pro plan: $29 per month. Unlimited forms. Cancel any time.
- Business plan: $99 per month. Team features and shared documents.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan after notifying you.
5. Refunds
Free tier (2 lifetime form uploads) lets you evaluate the service before subscribing. After a paid charge has occurred, refunds are handled case-by-case. Email k33pitreal6@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains malware.
- Submit forms or generate documents intended to defraud another person or organization.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the service or its underlying AI models.
- Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process.
- Resell access to the service without our written permission.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the data you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to deliver the service to you.
8. AI Outputs
The AI's explanations and pre-filled answers are suggestions, not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every field before submitting any form to a third party. See our Disclaimer for more.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG Ai Forms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
